About the Role
This is a delivery-critical role in a high-volume, always-on studio environment. As a Social Account Manager, you’ll manage incoming briefs, coordinate across internal teams, and serve as the key point of contact for the client on social content delivery—ensuring expectations are aligned with timelines and nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll be the connective tissue between client strategy, content, and delivery teams, owning day-to-day workflow management, maintaining proactive communication, and ensuring seamless movement from brief to output—without unnecessary friction.
Based in London on a hybrid basis, you’ll collaborate with Social Strategists, Content Creators, Designers, and Data Analysts to keep the studio running optimally.
We support flexible working models and reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing
Day-to-Day Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on social content delivery, ensuring clear, proactive communication
- Ensure client expectations are understood, managed, and delivered against, flagging scope risks or changes early
- Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders through consistent, high-quality updates

Workflow & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end content workflows—from brief to delivery and approval
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Strategy, Content, Design, Social) to ensure clear briefs, realistic timelines, and on-time progress
- Monitor multi-workstream delivery and prevent bottlenecks through proactive flagging
Briefing & Quality Control
- Translate client requests into actionable, strategic briefs aligned with campaign goals and platform requirements
- Review outputs against briefs before client-sharing to guarantee quality standards are met
Multi-Market Coordination
- Manage content delivery across global markets, ensuring localised adaptations are accurate
- Capture and communicate market-specific priorities/requirements from the outset
Planning & Prioritisation
- Support daily and weekly content planning, balancing:
- Always-on content execution
- Campaign timelines
- Reactive requesting
- Collaborate with teams to prioritise workloads in fast-moving environments while balancing capacity
Stakeholder Alignment
- Work closely with Social Strategists, Creator Lead, Content teams, Data Analysts, and clients to ensure aligned priorities
- Clarify accountability across all deliverables—no gaps or ambiguity in ownership
Performance & Feedback Loops
- Partner with Data & Social teams to track content performance and integrate learnings into future briefs
- Drive continuous improvement culture by making performance insights accessible and actionable for the team
Process & Ways of Working
- Support the implementation/enhancement of workflows, approval processes, and SLAs
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose efficient solutions to maintain streamlined delivery
Budget & Financial Administration
- Oversee project-level content production spending to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Process purchase orders and invoice verification alongside Delivery teams
What You Need to Excel in This Role
- Clear fluency in both French and English (intermediate to advanced minimum)
- Proven experience in:
- Account Management, Project Management, or digital/social content delivery (preferably with consumer/FMCG sector brands)
- Managing multiple high-priority workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Attendance-to-detail for timelines, governance, and cross-functional clarity
- Relevant agency/studio experience where high-volume delivery is the norm
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to:
- Translate client goals into actionable instructions
- Guide internal teams without losing strategic perspective
- Maintain clear stakeholder alignment under pressure
- Experience balancing creative, strategy, data-driven, and client faces while keeping workflows aligned
- Comfort handling ambiguity and facilitating quick decision-making
- Familiarity with social content approval workflows and influencer/collaboration processes
- Basic knowledge of AI-powered tools (e.g., AI-assisted briefing, drafting, workflow automation) and a track record of building personalised efficiency workflows
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content, applying sound judgment before adoption
- Policy: Formal education preferred but not required—practical expertise counts
