Social Care Worker
Care Worker – Flexible Social Care Roles
Hours: 24, 36 or 48 hours per week (rota basis, including shift work and weekends) Salary: £13.45 per hour (approximate annual equivalent as stated)
About Care Without Compromise
Care Without Compromise, a sister company of Choice Care, specialises in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex behavioural needs in Wales. With in-house clinical expertise, our approach combines therapeutic support with person-centred care to help individuals thrive.
Staff are fully trained in Positive Behavioural Support and encouraged to progress through career development opportunities, ensuring consistency and stability in all services.

Key Responsibilities
- Personal care: Provide support with bathing, toileting, dressing, and eating.
- Medication management: Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
- Daily activities: Engage with individuals’ hobbies, outings, and personal goals.
- Compliance: Follow care plans, company policies, and legal procedures.
- Relationship-building: Establish open, trustful, and considerate connections.
- Record-keeping: Maintain detailed written reports of daily support.
- Professional development: Complete mandatory training as required.
