Social Care Worker

Care Worker – Flexible Social Care Roles

Hours: 24, 36 or 48 hours per week (rota basis, including shift work and weekends) Salary: £13.45 per hour (approximate annual equivalent as stated)

Care Without Compromise, a sister company of Choice Care, specialises in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex behavioural needs in Wales. With in-house clinical expertise, our approach combines therapeutic support with person-centred care to help individuals thrive.

Overview of the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal care: Provide support with bathing, toileting, dressing, and eating.
  • Medication management: Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately.
  • Daily activities: Engage with individuals’ hobbies, outings, and personal goals.
  • Compliance: Follow care plans, company policies, and legal procedures.
  • Relationship-building: Establish open, trustful, and considerate connections.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain detailed written reports of daily support.
  • Professional development: Complete mandatory training as required.
