About Onyx
Onyx is a fast-scaling social commerce agency operating across the UK and expanding into Europe. Led by exited founders and ex-TikTok leadership, we work with some of the world's most recognised brands — Crocs, Pandora, VF Group, John Lewis, and Foot Locker.
There is a huge shift in the media landscape as a new generation of consumers engages with social media to research products and shape their buying decisions rather than searching in traditional channels.
Our mission is to guide brands on how they can maximise the exploding social commerce opportunity on TikTok and drive meaningful results for their business.
About The Role
We’re expanding our account management team! We’re looking for entry-level or 2nd job individuals who will thrive in an early-stage business and want to grow their knowledge across the social commerce and TikTok ecosystem. You’ll learn all about the sector from TikTok Shop operations, to managing Lives and creator relationships. You may already have some experience delivering effective TikTok Shop, Ads or Organic content strategy and be looking to develop your career, or simply have a passion for TikTok culture, audience and engagement, and want to get into the detail of how it all works.
You will:
- Manage client onboarding and TikTok Shop setup, dealing with timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and issue resolution.
- Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns and sales events, coordinating closely with our organic content teams.
- Analyse performance data, develop optimisation strategies to improve performance and provide reporting with clear, actionable insights to clients.
- Develop relationships with creators to build and manage long-term affiliate partnerships that align with client growth goals.
- Support the account team by preparing reporting and information for client status calls, meetings and presenting information where appropriate.
- Support the planning and execution of TikTok Shop LIVEs, from product selection to host coordination and fulfillment readiness.
- Collaborate with the content and production teams to provide real-time community feedback that shapes content direction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
