Social & Community Coordinator

Are you a confident marketer with a finger on the pulse of all things social media?

Are you bursting with creative ideas and want to share them with a community that is broader and more engaging than ever?

Do you want to join a tight-knit and supportive team who will help grow your skills, knowledge, and confidence?

Role:

Magnum is a tattoo supplies company that is looking to improve its social media channels and community management – and that’s where you come in.

We are looking for a dynamic team player who will bring fresh new ideas into the company, help raise both our social media channels and overall business profile, and strengthen our bonds with artists, studios, and the wider tattooing community.

We have built something new here at Magnum that was not previously seen in the tattoo industry, so it’s an amazing opportunity for someone to come in, show off their social media capabilities and continue to build and grow a positive, inclusive community.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan and manage social media calendars for Magnum and associated brands
  • Identify social media trends and opportunities that we should be involved in
  • Write copy for social media posts in each brand’s tone of voice
  • Community management, including responding to each brand’s DMs and comments in a timely manner and appropriate tone of voice
  • Ensure that bios, links, and highlights are updated regularly and accurate
  • Work alongside in-house and external teams to create content and media for different channels
  • Filming and editing content for social media, including interviewing
  • Assisting in creating graphics for social media
  • Some unsociable hours and weekend work as required
  • Helping out with other departments as and when needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Magnum:

Magnum was born out of a desire to support tattoo artists, in any way we can.

Founder, Matt, has always been a lover of the industry. His brother is an amazing tattoo artist, and Matt wanted to be involved, too. With his artistic skills not quite up to scratch, he turned his attention to where his talents lie. He worked in studios, supporting artists, and understanding their frustrations, successes, and opportunities.
