The Role

To own Scriveiner’s social media presence and community engagement end-to-end from content creation, scheduling, and campaign support through to influencer partnerships, ambassador recruitment, and community management. This role is for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social: ambitious, trend-aware, creatively instinctive, and energised by building real connections online.

What You'll Own

Social Media Management & Scheduling

  • Own and manage all social media platforms day-to-day: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn ensuring every channel is active, consistent, and growing
  • Support the planning, organisation, and scheduling of content across social media channels
  • Monitor and manage comments, likes, DMs, and all inbound engagement responding in a timely, brand-consistent way
  • Proactively interact with relevant accounts, communities, and conversations to build visibility and gain traction
  • Support the scheduling and management of founder brand content across relevant platforms

Content Development & Workflow

  • Develop original content ideas that are on-brand, trend-relevant, and optimised for each platform
  • Write captions, briefs, and copy for social content with a confident, engaging brand voice
  • Quality-check content before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Maintain content, asset, and file libraries ensuring work is organised and accessible across the team
  • Support content planning and calendar management across campaigns and projects
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, identifying opportunities to experiment with new formats
  • Explore new platforms and content opportunities as the social landscape evolves

Shoot & Campaign Support

  • Prepare mood boards and campaign materials to support creative planning and production
  • Provide coordination and admin support across campaigns and shoots keeping deliverables, timelines, and check-ins on track
  • Upload and maintain content across PR and media platforms
  • Collate coverage, influencer content, and partnership results to feed into reporting and planning

Community Management

  • Manage and grow the Scriveiner Facebook community group, fostering genuine connection and brand loyalty
  • Develop community initiatives, prompts, and conversations that keep members engaged
  • Help manage community engagement across DMs, comments, and customer interactions across all channels
  • Monitor the group for tone, ensure all interactions reflect the brand, and manage any sensitive situations appropriately
  • Identify advocates and super-fans within the community and find ways to celebrate and activate them
  • Stay close to the customer through DMs and campaign feedback, and bring that insight back to the wider team

Influencer, Ambassador & Partnership Management

  • Research and identify potential influencers, creators, partners, and collaboration opportunities aligned with Scriveiner's values and aesthetic
  • Recruit and onboard brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates
  • Manage ongoing relationships with the ambassador and influencer community, keeping them engaged and activated
  • Coordinate the gifting programme managing logistics, tracking, and reporting
  • Review, negotiate, and manage influencer proposals and partnership agreements
  • Track influencer activity, content performance, and return on investment

Research, Trends & Inspiration

  • Lead trend research, competitor analysis, and creative inspiration gathering to feed campaigns and brand development
  • Monitor competitor and category social activity to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Bring fresh ideas and cultural references to the team on a regular basis

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across all social platforms: follower growth, engagement rates, reach, saves, and conversions
  • Produce regular reporting on social performance, surfacing key trends and actionable insights
  • Use data to inform content strategy, posting cadence, and channel prioritisation

Must Haves

  • Proven experience in a social media, community, or influencer marketing role: you have owned platforms and grown audiences, not just assisted
  • A genuine eye for design, content, and culture: you notice what is good and you know why it works
  • A genuine passion for social media: you follow trends instinctively and know what makes content perform
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing communities, including Facebook Groups or similar
  • Experience working with influencers and ambassadors from identification and outreach through to negotiation and ongoing relationship management
  • Strong creative instincts: you can develop content ideas that feel on-brand and culturally relevant
  • Excellent written communication skills whether crafting a caption, a DM, or an influencer brief
  • Comfortable with analytics: you track performance, spot opportunities, and act on data
  • Brilliantly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and keep everyone aligned
  • Confident with social platforms and how content performs across them
  • Clear, warm communicator who can work across a busy team
  • Familiarity with content creation and scheduling tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe)
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn
  • AI literate and open to using emerging tools to do sharper work

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience working within a premium, lifestyle, gifting, or luxury brand
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy, including founder or brand account management
  • Experience managing gifting programmes and affiliate or partner recruitment
  • Background in or strong understanding of the stationery, accessories, or adjacent lifestyle category
  • Experience supporting founder-led brand content or personal brand building

  • Campaign and shoot support runs smoothly, with deliverables and timelines kept on track
  • Content libraries are organised and up to date, and quality-checking is embedded before anything goes live
  • Analytics are reviewed regularly and inform decisions about content, channels, and partnerships

Compensation & Benefits

  • £20,000 – £35,000 base salary per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Fully remote position.
  • Some international travel required (frequency to be agreed based on business needs and market priorities).
