About the job
Company
Dream Lab Studio is a social-first creative agency working across premium fashion, retail and culture-led brands. We build campaigns and brand moments that need to look sharp, feel current and move people. We’re a creative marketing partner to global brands, specialising in the art of brand moments. We’ve had 200M+ eyes on our content for current and past clients, including: TikTok, Tommy Hilfiger, Selfridges, Westfield, Dreamies, Mark Hill, Sophia Webster, Fendi, Mars, Inter, Ferragamo, SpareRoom & more.
The Role
This is a hands-on content role for someone who lives and breathes short-form video. You'll be responsible for creating premium social-first content across fashion, retail, beauty and lifestyle brands - from developing ideas through to shooting, editing and delivering polished content that feels native to platform while elevating each brand. A key part of the role is capturing always-on content on location, turning everyday moments into compelling crafted social assets. Whether it's a retail activation, product launch, food experience or lifestyle moment, you'll instinctively know how to frame it, shoot it and edit it into content people actually want to watch. Alongside content creation, you'll support the day-to-day running of social channels, helping to plan, publish and optimise content across key client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who already creates content professionally - whether for brands or their own channels - and wants the flexibility to continue building their own creative work alongside agency life. We're open to this role being four days per week for the right person.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
