Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a hands-on, high-output role for a versatile creative with sharp character instincts and strong motion skills who can produce a high volume of on-brand content at pace. Sitting within Moonbug’s dynamic Gaming & Interactive Team, your mission is to build an active, playful digital community that engages deeply with the Oddbods series, its Roblox game Obby Bods, and other brand touchpoints.

We take an experimental, fast-moving approach to social media—encouraging creative risk-taking and constant testing to stay ahead of ever-evolving algorithms. Working closely with our Social Producer, you will be responsible for scaling our output from 3 to 5+ premium short-form videos a week across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. You will use whatever tools get you there—including modern generative solutions alongside traditional pipelines—to keep our global audience engaged and entertained.

Responsibilities

  • Storyboarding: Quickly visualise briefed ideas and sketch concepts to pressure-test creative directions before committing full production time.
  • Production: Create on-brand, short-form video content using an efficient mix of generative and traditional tools to hit high-volume turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
  • Polishing: Collaborate cross-functionally with Gaming, Brand, and Production teams to refine poses, expressions, and visual elements, ensuring our characters remain perfectly on-model while reacting to real-time trends.
  • Templatising: Build repeatable design systems, assets, and style guides so proven social formats can scale seamlessly rather than being rebuilt from scratch.
  • Platform Optimisation: Design, record, and edit high-performing video content tailored specifically to the unique visual mechanics and user behaviours of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Platform Fluency: Deep knowledge of current social media trends, meme culture, audio formats, and algorithm mechanics.
  • Modern Workflows: Comfort integrating modern generative AI tools alongside traditional workflows to accelerate output and scale production.
