Description
- Manage and grow social media channels through engaging, on-brand content.
- Create compelling digital content, including social posts, graphics, and short-form video.
- Support paid social campaigns, monitoring performance and identifying optimisation opportunities.
- Use analytics and insights to improve content, engagement, and campaign results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Assist with website updates and broader digital marketing activities.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and test new content ideas and formats.
- Support brand awareness, customer engagement, and commercial growth objectives.

Profile
- Experience managing social media channels and creating engaging digital content.
- Confident creating short-form video, graphics, and social assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understanding of both organic and paid social media activity.
- Comfortable using data and insights to measure performance and optimise campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for storytelling and brand consistency.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, curious, and keen to test new ideas and trends.
- Commercially minded with a passion for delivering results.
- An interest in travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands would be advantageous.
