Description
Introducing Zinc Network
For over fifteen years, Zinc Network has been helping clients navigate complex challenges at the intersection of security, technology, and behaviour change.
Working in partnership with a global network of media, communities, and influencers, we help clients understand the most complex issues, design behavioural interventions, create compelling campaigns, activate trusted grassroots networks, and evaluate impact.
That's what we do today for governments, NGOs, and private sector partners working on some of the toughest briefs: protecting children online, strengthening democratic resilience, and championing purpose-driven technologies and organisations.
We're now building Kora — our AI-powered platform that systematises this expertise into scalable technology, making interventions faster and more cost-effective whilst enabling clients and grassroots partners to design and deliver them independently.
The world is becoming increasingly complex — with accelerating technology, evolving security threats, and shifting geopolitical and economic dynamics. That's where you'll find Zinc: tackling the trickiest challenges where these forces collide and driving impact on the issues that matter most.
About The Role
Are you a creative thinker with the hands-on skills to bring bold ideas to life across different social platforms? Zinc Network is expanding its talent pool for Social Content Specialists; hybrid content strategists and makers who can turn audience insights and campaign briefs into engaging, platform-native content, from Stories to GIFs, polls to Reels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
