Who are Coolr?

We’re an independent social media agency and team of creatives, social experts, content publishers and change makers. Completely wired into popular culture, our work connects brands with their audiences at scale. With clients such as Burger King, Lidl, Deliveroo and Compare the Market (to name drop a few) our aim is to be the biggest social agency in the world.

The agency is growing at a rapid rate, but we’re only just getting started. In 2026, we have ambitious plans to truly become the stand-out social agency in the UK, the US, and beyond. About the role:

We’re looking for a Mid-Weight Social Creative who will be creating and delivering brilliant work for a range of global brands. At Coolr, we don't just want button pushers, we want people with their own creative ideas and technical solutions to produce great social moments daily, across social platforms.

The job 💻

  • Conceptualise and develop bold, campaign-led creative ideas for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and more)
  • Write compelling, platform native copy that enhances big ideas and drives engagement
  • Be hands on with always-on (BAU) TikTok work, from ideation to scripting ensuring content is reactive, relevant, and on-brand
  • Deliver campaign-led creative alongside reactive and editorial content
  • Confidently interpret client briefs and brand guidelines, transforming them into breakthrough creative that gets noticed
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services, Strategists, and our in-house Studio to bring ideas to life
  • Push clients to take braver, more interesting creative risks that stand out in crowded social feeds
  • Present your work clearly and confidently, both internally and in client-facing situations, including new business pitches
  • Stay plugged into social trends, platform updates, and digital culture with an instinct for what makes campaigns succeed online

  • Proven experience working in a social first agency, delivering standout creative across a range of platforms and clients
  • A genuine passion for social media, culture, creativity, and brand storytelling
  • Deep understanding of platforms, audiences, and the fast-moving nature of the social landscape
  • A sharp eye on industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats with the instincts to turn them into standout ideas
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing tight deadlines with high creative standards
  • Exceptional copywriting and conceptual storytelling skills, from big campaign ideas to short form captions that stop the scroll
  • Detail obsessed, creatively ambitious, and always pushing work to be bolder, smarter, and more relevant
