About Us

Help us build the social agency everyone wants to work with.

We're Cheeky Chops, a social-first creative agency based in Yorkshire.

We're still a small team, but we've got big plans. We work with everyone from luxury property brands and independent restaurants to fast-growing TikTok Shop businesses and consumer brands. The variety is one of the best parts of the job.

One day you might be filming a luxury penthouse in Leeds. The next, you'll be in a restaurant kitchen chasing the perfect shot. Then you could be helping a fast-growing product brand create content that genuinely makes people stop scrolling.

It's one of the things we love most about what we do. No two clients are the same, and no two weeks ever look the same.

You'll be joining us at a really exciting stage. We're still building the team, the systems and the future of the agency, so this isn't a role where you'll simply slot in. You'll have a genuine opportunity to help shape what Cheeky Chops becomes over the next few years.

The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who wants to get stuck in.

You'll work directly alongside our founder, getting involved in every part of the creative process. One minute you'll be bouncing around ideas for a new campaign, the next you'll be out filming with a client or editing content back at home.

Because we're still a growing agency, you'll wear a lot of hats. You'll help shape ideas, create content, build relationships with clients and play a genuine part in the future of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

As the agency grows, so will your role. Over time, you'll take on more responsibility, lead more client relationships, get involved in strategy and planning, and become a key part of how Cheeky Chops delivers its work.

Because we're still a small team, everyone gets a voice. If you've got an idea, you'll be encouraged to share it and, if it's a good one, we'll probably give it a go.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shooting social-first content across a range of clients and industries.
  • Editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and Reels.
  • Coming up with creative ideas, concepts and campaigns.
  • Planning content and preparing for shoot days.
  • Working directly with clients on location.
  • Building strong relationships with founders, business owners and marketing teams.
  • Spotting trends, opportunities and reactive content ideas.
  • Looking at content performance and using insights to improve future content.
  • Taking ownership of more clients and projects as you grow.
  • Challenging ideas, improving processes and helping raise the creative standard of the agency.

What We're Looking For

We're much more interested in finding the right person than the perfect CV. We'd much rather meet someone who's curious, full of ideas and wants to improve than someone who's done the job for years but has stopped pushing themselves.

This Role Is For You If:

  • You genuinely love social media and understand what makes content perform.
  • You can't help analysing content as you scroll.
  • You naturally spot ideas, trends and opportunities.
  • You have opinions and aren't afraid to share them.
  • You take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
  • You enjoy meeting people and build relationships easily.
  • You're happy working in a growing startup where no two weeks look the same.
  • You can confidently shoot on iPhone and edit in CapCut (or similar).
  • You have a full UK driving licence and your own car.

  • Company pension.
  • Full creator kit, including the latest iPhone, laptop and everything you need to do your best work.
  • Paid mileage and all work-related expenses.
  • Coffee and lunch provided on shoot days.
  • Tickets to creator, marketing and social media events throughout the year.
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • Clear progression as the agency grows.
  • Direct mentoring from the founder.
  • The opportunity to help shape a growing agency from the ground up.

How To Apply

To apply, send us:

  • Your CV.
  • Your portfolio (or anything you're proud of creating).
  • Tell us about the last piece of social content that genuinely made you stop scrolling. What was it, and why did it work?

If you're the sort of person who can't scroll TikTok without analysing why a video worked, spots content opportunities everywhere you go, and wants to help build something special...

We'd love to meet you.
