Who We Are

Fabric Social is the maverick of social agencies. We specialise in building brands through best-in-class social content, trend-first creative, and community-first thinking. We’re not just about reach; we’re about resonance. We nourish communities, creating social ecosystems that pull audiences in - not just push content out. And now, we’re looking for a Community Creative to help put brands at the heart of internet culture, not just the feed.

The Role

This isn’t your typical community manager gig. As our Community Creative, you’ll live and breathe social (especially TikTok) and know how to tap into the zeitgeist before it hits the mainstream. You’ll know how to take a brand into the depths of internet culture and make them feel native there - funny, relevant, authentic, and never cringe. You’ll blend creativity, copywriting, trendspotting, and a deep understanding of online communities to create work that drives real connection, not just performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Trendspotting & Cultural Tuning: Constantly scanning the social landscape for emerging trends, sounds, formats, and moments - bringing them to the team before they break big.
  • Platform Insights: Sharing the latest platform updates across the wider business to help ensure both us and our clients are in the know on the latest developments in the world of social.
  • Creative Community Building: Finding the niche spaces, subcultures, and online rabbit holes where a brand can play - and showing up there with purpose, value, and personality while always making sure we tie it back to our brands.
  • Content Ideation & Copywriting: Crafting scroll-stopping ideas and writing witty, platform-native copy that makes brands feel like people.
  • Social Execution: Planning and publishing content that responds in real time to what’s happening online - from reactive opportunities to meme drops and strategically showing up in viral spaces.
  • Engagement Strategy: Knowing the levers to pull to build conversation, attention, and community - likes, replies, saves, DMs, collabs, duets, stitches, and more.
  • Collaboration & Collabs: Working with meme pages, creators, publishers, and cultural players to embed brands in culture through smart partnerships and creator-led content.
  • Fast-Turnaround Creation: Using your understanding of editing tools to quickly bring ideas to life ensuring content is timely, high-quality, and platform-native.
  • Editing Tools & Techniques: Using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar to execute concepts at speed without compromising craft.
  • Growth Hacking: Using smart creative thinking to boost reach and engagement without always relying on paid - creative replies, remixing formats, and owning moments.
  • New Business & Pitch Leadership: Supporting and occasionally leading new business pitches from a community perspective – crafting standout concepts, building decks, and confidently selling community ideas to prospective clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Social Superfan: You’re always on TikTok, IG, Reddit, Discord, and wherever else the internet is happening.
  • A Sharp Writer: You know how to write like a real person, not a brand. Your copy is witty, self-aware, and doesn’t try too hard.
  • A Culture Sponge: You have a sixth sense for what’s about to pop off, and a deep understanding of niche internet culture and online behaviour.
  • A Community Nerd: You get what makes communities tick - and how to build and nourish them authentically, not just broadcast into them.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You know what works and why. You understand how to make content that earns attention and drives results.
  • A True Collaborator: You’re comfortable working directly with creators, meme pages, and publishers to amplify reach and connect with culture.
  • A Technically Capable Maker: You’re comfortable using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut to turn around content quickly.
  • A Creative Doer: You don’t just spot the opportunities - you’re ready to jump in, create fast, and post smart.
