At TSA, we’ve quickly gained traction with clients and creators. In the last twelve months we've grown, bringing on brands such as De’Longhi, Kenwood and E.ON Next, as well as growing our relationships with brands such as Jack Daniel’s. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly creative Social Content Creative Intern to join us for a 3 month internship. If you are obsessed with social media and want a purely hands-on role dedicated to making, shooting, and editing social-first content, we want to hear from you!
About You
We’re looking for a true, hands on social content creative who is just as comfortable producing high quality content behind the camera as they are stepping into the spotlight as the face of it.
Your days will be focused on the creative process: brainstorming concepts, scripting ideas, and jumping in front of the camera to film TikToks, Reels, and Vlogs with our founder and team. You will be responsible for shooting aesthetic, iPhone first content and editing it using mobile first software like CapCut. Whether you're collaborating on trending content in our workspace or heading out to client events to capture live, in the moment UGC style content, your main objective is to produce high performing, engaging social content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
