Social Creative Lead
Social-first. Content-led. Creative by instinct.
An independent creative agency is seeking a Social Creative Lead to help define the next phase of its creative output across a growing portfolio of global brands.
This is an action-driven leadership role for a passionately curious creative who understands how modern brands attract attention, build relevance and create meaningful engagement through social, content, and culture.
Initially focused on a major global healthcare brand, you will lead the development of social-first campaigns, content platforms, and long-term creative programmes that prioritise genuine audience impact over unfocused trend chasing.
You’ll be joining a fast-growing agency environment where creativity, strategy, and content expertise form the core of their approach.
The Opportunity
- Lead creative development for a flagship global client account.
- Own projects from initial briefing through to final execution.
- Develop social-first campaign ideas, content ecosystems, and sustainable creative platforms.
- Produce work tailored to how audiences consume, engage with, and share content.
- Present and sell ideas confidently to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
- Help raise creative standards, shape agency culture, and enhance output.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, account management, production, and creative teams to bring ideas to fruition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
