Join a Growing Challenger Food Brand
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger food brands and become the creative force behind one of the most distinctive brands on social.
Are you the person who instinctively spots content opportunities everywhere you look? The one who watches a TikTok and immediately starts thinking about how you'd make it better? Do you have the creativity, humour and confidence to turn everyday ideas into videos people actually want to watch?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity.
This is a business that has built incredible momentum in a short space of time, disrupting a traditional category with a bold brand, brilliant products and a marketing style that refuses to blend into the background. With nationwide retail distribution, a thriving D2C business and ambitious plans for continued growth, they're now looking for a creative content specialist to help take their social presence to the next level.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a rigid content calendar and churn out safe posts. You'll have the freedom to experiment, test ideas, make people laugh, learn what works and help define how the brand shows up across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
You'll own day-to-day organic social, working closely with the Senior Creative to shape the wider social strategy, whilst also contributing ideas to larger brand campaigns and supporting the Growth team with paid social content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
