Role: Social Creator Lead (part-time)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Creator Lead to spearhead our influencer and creator management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the creator and social ecosystem. Your primary role will be to identify, recruit, and manage creators who can effectively respond to both always-on and reactive social content briefs. This position requires someone with a keen eye for social first, platform native, hook and interest-based content, adding unique value to our content strategy.
What you will be doing
- Develop and maintain a robust network of influencers and creators, ensuring a diverse and high-quality creator bench.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand social content briefs and recruit suitable creators to deliver on them.
- Identify specialty and high-profile creators for unique campaign needs, facilitating negotiations and managing contractual agreements as required.
- Foster strong relationships with creators, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging creators to continuously enhance our creator network.
- Coordinate with creators and internal teams to ensure timely and successful content delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of creator-generated content, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for creators, addressing concerns and providing necessary support to ensure optimal partnership experiences.

What you need to be great in this role
- Extensive experience in influencer/creator management, with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing creator talent.
- Established network and black-book of trusted influencers and creators.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset, capable of adding unique value to content strategies through expert creator collaborations.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of creator partnerships.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency or brand environment.
- Understanding of emerging social media channels and influencer platforms.
- Experience managing high-profile influencer campaigns.
