Social Creative Designer
London | £35,000 | Hybrid Working
Profiles Creative are partnering with a leading social-first agency that is looking for a talented Social Creative Designer to join its growing creative team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major global travel brand, creating engaging social-first content across both static and video formats. You'll be part of a collaborative creative team producing content that reaches audiences worldwide, with opportunities to travel and capture content as part of the role.
The Role
You'll be responsible for creating compelling social content across organic and paid channels, helping to develop ideas and bring campaigns to life across multiple social platforms. Working across everything from social graphics and campaign assets to short-form video content, you'll create platform-native content designed to drive engagement, awareness, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating social-first content across static design and video
- Editing engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
- Designing assets for paid and organic social campaigns
- Supporting creative concepts from idea generation through to delivery
- Collaborating with strategists, creatives, and account teams
- Staying ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
- Travelling when required to capture content and support creative projects for a global travel client
What We're Looking For
- Experience working within a social-first agency or creative agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static design and video content
- Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Understanding of social media trends, platform behaviours, and best practices
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
- Passion for travel, culture, and creating content that resonates with audiences
