Shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 9:30am - 3:30pm
You will have one weekend off each month, during that week your contracted hours will be worked across two weekday shifts - flexability available.

We are looking to recruit a candidate who is dynamic and very personable to join our Social Events team and to promote the welfare and wellbeing of our residents.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who feels passionate about making a difference to our residents by providing and leading, meaningful activities, stimulation and has the ability to plan and organize events.
As an Social Events Co-ordinator you’ll play a central role in the lives of our residents, leading a variety of activities that foster social connections, promote wellbeing and empower them to live confidently and joyfully. Your creativity and compassion will help create a space where residents are engaged, valued and supported. Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities for residents in a care setting
- Coordinate and facilitate group activities, such as games, crafts, and outings
- Provide one-on-one support and companionship to residents who may have limited mobility
- Keeping accurate records of activities and resident engagement
- Collaborate with the activity coordinator and other staff members to develop new ideas for activities
Qualification and Skills:
- Previous experience working in a care or recreational setting is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with elderly individuals
- Ability to adapt activities to meet the needs and abilities of residents with varying levels of physical or cognitive function
