Are you a creative who lives and breathes social culture, constantly scrolling with an eye for what makes people stop, double-tap, and share? If you are a natural storyteller who can dream up big, scroll-stopping ideas and then roll up your sleeves to craft them into reality, this is your moment.
Profiles Creative is tasked to find a talented, permanent, full-time Social-First Art Director to join a fast-moving creative team in Surrey (hybrid).
As a Social-First Art Director, you will be the creative spark plug of a nimble, collaborative team. Supported directly by the Creative Director, you will work across the entire lifecycle of a project—from the very first spark of an idea to final, polished delivery. This is a role for a conceptual thinker who is also a hands-on maker, passionate about pushing campaigns into the spaces where modern audiences actually spend their time.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
