Affordable Housing Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, GBP Excellent + Benefits. An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join the market-leading Affordable Housing team of this award-winning national law firm. The Role

Joining one of the UK's largest and most respected Housing, Development and Regeneration teams, you will advise an outstanding client base of registered providers, institutional investors, developers, and public sector organisations on a broad range of affordable housing transactions.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Work on high-profile matters including acquisitions and disposals, Section 106 transactions, development agreements, grant funding arrangements, portfolio acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate support work, and institutional investment into the affordable housing sector.
    • Play a key role in delivering commercially focused advice on some of the sectors most significant projects.
    • Work closely with colleagues across planning, construction, finance, tax, and corporate teams.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from Solicitors with a minimum of six years PQE gained within affordable housing, residential development, commercial property, or a related real estate discipline. You will possess strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a genuine enthusiasm for building long-term client relationships.
