Role: Social Junior

Reporting to: Senior Social Account Manager
Location: Wapping, E London (includes at least two days in office)

What we are looking for:
A Social Junior to work across some of our wider retained and project-based accounts that include influencer marketing, social media (organic) and insights.
The work is agile and varied and you will be helping our team to deliver influencer and social content that stands out and pushes the boundaries in innovation and performance.
Required skills, experience and competencies
The ideal candidate...
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Lives and breathes pop culture and knows what is trending
- Is a confident public speaker
- Works well with a wide variety of people
- Has a level of understanding of all social platforms
- Feels at ease working within a fast-paced team environment and has proficient problem solving skills
- Has IT skills – Word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email etc
- Is knowledgeable about creative formats within Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok etc
- Has an interest in and exposure to digital technologies
What you will be doing:
- Tasks include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with influencer sourcing, filling in reports and stat charts
- Keeping up to date on new social updates
- Basic social reporting of posts and conversation
- Good communication skills with people of all levels, online and in person
- Good interpersonal skills, follows instructions and asks questions when needed to understand the task.
- Understanding and implementing basic marketing principles
