Social Lead

Up to £70,000

Soho, London | Hybrid (3 days in the office)

We're working with an ambitious, fast-growing consumer brand that's redefining how people capture and celebrate life's most meaningful moments. As investment in brand and content continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Social Lead to take ownership of their organic social presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Editorial, you'll have the freedom to shape engaging content, influence creative direction and play a key role in growing brand awareness across multiple social platforms.

The Social Lead will lead the day-to-day execution of organic social content, creating engaging platform-first campaigns that connect with audiences, drive growth and support wider commercial objectives.

Role Highlights

  • Own the organic social calendar across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Create, film, edit and publish high-performing short-form content
  • Report directly to the Head of Editorial while collaborating with Creative, Product and Performance Marketing
  • Analyse content performance, identify trends and continually optimise output
  • React quickly to cultural moments, platform updates and emerging opportunities

You Will Need

  • Proven experience managing organic social channels for a consumer-focused brand
  • Strong video production and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
  • Confidence presenting on camera and creating authentic social-first content
  • Excellent understanding of platform analytics and performance metrics
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to connect content performance to business growth
