We're currently recruiting on behalf of an exciting luxury fashion brand for a Social Lead to join their growing marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, social-first content specialist who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram. You'll take ownership of the brand’s social channels, creating engaging content from concept through to production while driving audience growth across a premium luxury fashion brand.
The successful candidate will be highly creative, confident both behind and in front of the camera, and passionate about creating social content that feels authentic, trend-aware, and visually outstanding. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to shape the social strategy and make a real impact.

Responsibilities
- Own the social content strategy and day-to-day output across TikTok and Instagram
- Develop creative content concepts and produce engaging short-form video content from ideation through to publishing
- Film, edit, and deliver high-quality social-first content that aligns with a premium luxury brand aesthetic
- Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent pipeline of engaging content
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and community across social platforms
- Analyse content performance and use insights to continually optimise creative output
- Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates, identifying opportunities that align with the brand
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external creatives to deliver best-in-class content

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience creating social-first content, ideally within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle
- Proven experience growing TikTok and Instagram accounts through engaging organic content
- Strong filming and video editing skills with the ability to take content from concept to completion
- Confident on camera with excellent storytelling and creative instincts
- Strong understanding of social media trends while maintaining a premium brand identity
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
- Passion for luxury fashion and an excellent eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
