Content Creator & Growth Ambassador (Swimming)

Location: (Remote)
Compensation: Performance-based (Unlimited earning potential)
Start: Immediate

About OpenSwim
OpenSwim is one of the world's fastest-growing swimming apps, helping swimmers improve their performance through training plans, workouts, challenges, and coaching. We work with national federations, coaches, and swimming communities around the world, and we're looking for talented content creators to help us grow our global audience. https://open-swim.com/

The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, ambitious individual who lives and breathes swimming (or triathlon) and knows how to create engaging short-form content that people actually want to watch and share.

This isn't a traditional job with fixed hours or fixed pay. Instead, you'll earn based on the results you generate. The more app downloads your content creates, the more you earn.

If your content consistently performs well, there is the opportunity to progress into a paid in-house Organic Social Marketing role with OpenSwim.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts content (or any platform you want!)
  • Produce authentic user-generated content (UGC) showcasing the OpenSwim app (or anything you think will work!)
  • Come up with creative ideas that educate, entertain and inspire swimmers
  • Talk confidently about swimming, training, racing, open water and triathlon
  • Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them for the swimming community
  • Test different content formats to maximise app downloads
  • Build a personal creator presence while helping grow the OpenSwim brand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
