As Social Account Executive at Multiple

As Social Account Executive at Multiple you will support on Multiple's biggest clients across gaming, film and tv, working alongside the social media team consisting of Account Directors, Account Managers and Senior Account Executives, as well as wider Multiple teams across PR, Influencer, and Production. You will be the day to day support across high value accounts, contributing to the running and growth of our clients' social media channels.

You will be required to attend events such as premieres and screenings, capturing live red carpet content and working with the client and internal teams to turn around content quickly.

As a Social Account Executive at Multiple you will:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a client facing role in social media.
  • Have a strong passion for and understanding of the gaming industry, with broader knowledge of film and TV.
  • Be responsible for assisting with implementing campaigns for clients across our portfolio.
  • Assist with clients and accounts, including establishing and building relationships with clients, attending meetings, and delivering work to deadline.
  • Support Account Managers across the key clients and account tasks.
  • Channel management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube, including community management, posting and scheduling.
  • Creative work, including assisting with ideation, overseeing social content production, and copywriting for content calendars.
  • Proactively seeking out opportunities for clients to engage in wider conversations across social media, through being aware of trends, conversations and key events.
  • Analyse social insights taken from native platforms to inform best practice and recommendations specific to each client.
  • Use our social listening platform to accurately filter and analyse wider conversations on a given topic, pulling this information into client friendly digestible summaries and reports.
  • Supporting the team with out-of-hours events for clients such as screenings, premieres, and activations.
  • Remaining consistently on top of social media platform and landscape innovations and able to deliver consultancy to clients on these.
  • Ability to recognise potential issues, responding quickly and raising to senior team members when needed.
  • Contribution to new business through supporting the research and writing of pitches.
  • Regularly attending brainstorms and creative ideation sessions, supporting wider teams.

A bit about you.

You'll be able to:

  • Use your knowledge of social media to implement social campaigns, including content copywriting, ideation of creative assets and devising written briefs to creative teams.
  • Work across multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, delivering to a high standard at all times.
  • Be confident in client communications on projects from end to end across emails, calls and in person.
  • Develop a personable relationship with clients, allowing you to be forward thinking in what they may ask from you.
  • Deliver client requests in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Be a self-starter and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Research and understand new tools that are in the market and a demonstrable ability of understanding and implementing these across all clients.
  • Have a fun and collaborative approach and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Use feedback to learn and grow in your role, applying it to all relevant work.
  • Work well under pressure whilst having deep attention to detail.
  • Have a proactive and forward thinking approach to problem solving.
  • Self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
