This is a Social Media Account Manager position at a brand consultancy that has spent over 25 years working at board level - the kind of firm that takes brands through growth and all the way to exit.

Social sits inside that world, not in a standalone function measured by posting quotas. On the most important accounts, the digital work is kept in-house precisely because it's tied to strategy. You'll learn how to build brands, not just operate tactically.

The Role

You'll own the day-to-day running of a portfolio of client accounts across organic, paid and influencer social, with support from a Social Media Director. You'll be the primary client contact - managing relationships in person and online, presenting campaigns, and holding social accountable to real business objectives rather than volume.

Practically, that means running paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; briefing creative and studio teams; overseeing influencer collaborations from research to fulfilment; and producing monthly performance reports with clear recommendations. The difference here is where the thinking happens: you'll work alongside strategists, identify where accounts can go further, and shape client direction rather than only deliver against it. The digital function is expanding, so there's plenty of room to grow with it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideally, you're at a good agency but frustrated by thin strategy and limited access to clients' senior people, so you’re more than ready to move toward brand-led thinking. A full driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial as there are regular on-site photoshoots.

A more diverse team is a more creative team.

It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
