Social Media Account Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £43,000
Location: Central London, Hybrid, 3 days in, 2 days WFH
Focus: B2C - Behaviour Change/Sustainability/Purpose-driven
We're working exclusively with an award-winning integrated communications agency looking to hire a Social Media Account Manager to join its growing social team.
About the Role
This is a newly created role, offering the chance to work alongside the Social Lead as the agency continues to invest heavily in expanding its social offering.
The initial focus will be supporting one of the UK's largest behaviour change campaigns, helping shape social activity for a major consumer initiative that will reach millions over the coming years. Alongside this flagship account, you'll have the opportunity to support the agency's own social channels and work across a variety of exciting client projects as the team continues to grow.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, organic-first social media campaigns across multiple platforms, creating content, managing communities, spotting trends and bringing fresh ideas to clients.

This role would suit someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media. Someone who enjoys keeping up with platform changes, creators, trends and new formats, and wants to be part of building something rather than simply maintaining it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing organic social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Creating engaging, platform-first content and social copy.
- Planning and delivering content calendars.
- Community management and audience engagement.
- Monitoring trends, creators and emerging platform updates.
- Supporting reporting and using insights to optimise performance.
- Working closely with designers and creatives to produce engaging content.
- Supporting light paid social activity and boosted posts (training provided).
- Contributing ideas to wider campaign planning.
- Supporting the agency's own social channels and future new business.
What They're Looking For
- Around 3-4 years' social media experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong organic social experience is essential.
- Passionate about social media and stays ahead of trends.
- Experience across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other key platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects.
- B2C experience preferred.
- Interest in purpose-led campaigns or sustainability is a bonus but not essential.
- Basic understanding of paid social or willingness to learn.
