We're looking for a creative, proactive Social Media and Community Executive to drive the day-to-day management of our social channels.
The ideal candidate will be someone that is passionate about food, who lives and breathes social and is full of ideas. You'll own our day-to-day social presence and turn great content into real impact, creating and delivering engaging content, supporting seasonal campaigns and new product launches, and helping to grow our brand presence across social platforms.
This role is perfect for a creative, social-first thinker who understands what people want to watch, share and engage with, and knows how to bring that to life quickly, creating content that feels native to each platform.
This role will work from our Fulham Broadway office with time filming in-store and will report into our Communications Manager.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: A confident creative you will be hands-on, ideating, filming, shooting, and editing to create social-first content in-house to share across multiple platforms.
- Social Media Management: You will be responsible for running our UK social channels day-to-day, creating and scheduling posts, sharing UGC, responding to queries and comments, and engaging with our suppliers.
- Social Planning: Build and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns, priorities, and key moments. Publishing on-brand social content to ensure we have a steady pipeline of high-quality content that supports brand awareness and drives customers into stores.
- Performance & Reporting: A solid understanding of performance metrics and content optimization. You will report monthly on organic activity in a simple and insightful way, using insights to make recommendations for content improvements and future social strategies.
- Community Management: You will nurture relationships with creators to build engaged communities through active, authentic social interaction. You will manage our Google reviews, escalating any issues to the relevant teams and sharing positive feedback.

- Strong experience in social, including content creation and editing for various social channels.
- The ability to create and deliver engaging, social-first content, from conception through to execution and scheduling.
- Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Proven, hands-on experience managing social channels with an instinct for what works on social with robust knowledge of best practices for organic social media across key platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to tell brand stories in an engaging way.
- Highly organized, you are confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset. You will work closely with the buying and in-store teams to deliver content that reflects our brand ethos and expertise and commitment to curating the finest products for our customers.
