About the Role
Video Formula is looking for a creative and organised Social Media and Content Assistant to join our growing team.
We are a video-first marketing business based in Coalville, Leicestershire. This is a hybrid position, combining time working from our Coalville office with remote working.
This part-time, entry-level role would be ideal for someone looking to begin their career in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
You will work alongside the Video Formula team to turn client videos and ideas into engaging social media content, ensuring everything is prepared, scheduled and published effectively.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and publishing client content across social media platforms
- Creating social media posts, artwork and video thumbnails using Canva
- Writing engaging captions, titles and supporting copy
- Adapting content for different platforms and audiences
- Proofreading posts and checking them for accuracy before publishing
- Helping to manage client content calendars and posting schedules
- Organising content files and keeping track of upcoming posts
- Supporting the wider Video Formula team with content and marketing tasks

What We Are Looking For
- A strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing
- Good written English and the ability to write engaging copy
- Basic experience using Canva or similar design software
- An understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- A willingness to learn, receive feedback and contribute creative ideas
- The ability to travel to our Coalville office when required
