Social Media and Marketing Executive

About Our Brand

Established in 2018, Austen & Blake is a fine jewellery brand specialising in made-to-order engagement rings, wedding rings and fine jewellery, with a bespoke offering also available. Each piece is individually made with a focus on customisation, considered craftsmanship and a customer-led design process delivered online or through in-person consultations.

With a growing network of stores across the UK and internationally, alongside a thriving digital presence, Austen & Blake continues to make high-quality, custom-made jewellery more accessible to customers around the world.

The Role: Overview

Working closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager, you will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day running of Austen & Blake's social media and marketing activities across global markets. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who is passionate about social media and brand building, highly organised, and eager to develop their skills within a premium jewellery brand. The role will support both the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager across content, campaigns, partnerships, events, influencer activity and wider marketing initiatives.

Ways of Working

This role is based at Austen & Blake's UK head office on a hybrid basis: three days in the office and two days working from home. Wednesday is typically a content shoot day and will usually be spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Content Scheduling & Calendar Management

    • Assist the Social Media Manager in scheduling and publishing content accurately and on time across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
    • Manage scheduling for both UK and Australia/New Zealand accounts using the brand's scheduling platform, ensuring content is queued to go live at the correct times for each market
    • Work from pre-planned and briefed content, supporting the Social Media Manager in keeping the content calendar on track
  • Content Creation & Filming Support

    • Join in-office shoot days (typically Wednesdays) to assist the Social Media Manager with filming social content, acting as a second pair of hands on set
    • Edit short-form video content for social platforms using tools such as Canva and CapCut, formatting and adapting footage for use across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories
    • Experience with Premiere Pro is a bonus but not required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
