About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our social presence, content strategy and audience growth plans, helping to shape how one of the UK's best-known delivery brands connects with customers, colleagues and communities online.

Leading on content planning, channel strategy and social listening, you'll play a critical role in driving brand perception, engagement and growth across our digital channels. Working closely with colleagues across Communications, PR, Marketing and Customer Services, you'll ensure our social activity supports wider business objectives while delivering content that resonates with our audiences.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the delivery of Evri's social media strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business and communications objectives
  • Develop and maintain an engaging content pipeline designed to drive audience growth, engagement and positive brand sentiment
  • Oversee content planning, channel management and social media tone of voice across all platforms
  • Identify the most effective digital channels, content formats and opportunities to maximise reach and impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business, providing strategic guidance on social media activity and campaign delivery
  • Lead the development and execution of our influencer strategy, identifying opportunities, managing relationships and delivering measurable results
  • Develop recommendations for paid social investment that support audience growth and sentiment improvement
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring activity is aligned to organisational goals and delivers value for investment
  • Utilise social listening and monitoring tools to identify trends, opportunities and potential reputational risks
  • Work closely with Customer Services teams to support community management and embed our social tone of voice strategy
  • Support and participate in content creation activities, including filming, editing and producing content for social channels
  • Track, analyse and report on channel performance, audience growth and content effectiveness, driving continuous improvement
  • Champion new technologies, emerging trends and innovative content formats to keep our social channels relevant and engaging
  • Travel to other sites to support key business moments and events

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
