Social Media & Branding Expert
Cambridge, UK (UK-wide travel)
A hands-on, field-driven role combining social media & video-led marketing, founder personal brand development, and sales conversion — at the centre of building a nationwide brand.
Role overview
You will travel across the UK to customer sites, factories, and warehouses — capturing real content, generating enquiries, converting leads, and ensuring a seamless experience from first enquiry through to aftercare.
Marketing & content
- Plan and execute social media strategies that generate real enquiries and measurable results
- Travel the UK to capture stone, fabrication, installation, before/after, and customer story content
- Create and publish short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Present confidently on camera — products, processes, and craftsmanship
- Build and manage the company brand and the founder's personal brand
- Collaborate with the media team to ensure consistent output and quality

Sales & growth
- First point of contact for enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Proactively follow up and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Build trust with UK customers through clear, confident communication
- Maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Work towards clear conversion metrics and revenue goals
CRM & systems
- Own and manage the CRM system — leads, deals, tasks, notes, and records
- Track the full sales pipeline across CRM, WhatsApp, and internal tools
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
- Monitor follow-ups, payments, delivery milestones, and communications

What we're looking for
Essential
- Fluent English with UK-standard professional communication
- Confident on camera and comfortable creating video content
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent computer literacy and numeracy
- Willingness to travel across the UK
Preferred
- Background in interior design, construction, kitchens, stone, or project-based sales
- Experience in consultative or high-value sales
- Understanding of content-led growth and social media funnels
- Driving licence (preferred, not mandatory)
