Social Media & Community Executive | £40,000 - £42,000 DOE | Hybrid

At Paace, we’re crafting the lifestyles for the wellness age. With 170k+ downloads across 450+ partner locations and backing from leading angel investors, users earn Paace Points for walking and can redeem them at coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets, all within London. The concept is proven. The product is ready. Now, we need someone to make it explode.

About the Role

This isn’t just another job where you post three times a week and churn monthly reports. You’re here to create moments—short clips designed to be shared, content that builds real community, and campaigns that turn walkers into advocates.

Your mission: Make Paace the most talked-about app in London. Focus on organic reach, prioritise virality, and ensure community events amplify the content—not the other way around.

What You’ll Own

Content Creation & Virality

  • Develop short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) engineered for virality—not just aesthetics
  • Be camera-ready and comfortable directing founders in content creation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
