The Role
We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to develop and implement our social media strategy, responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay ahead of trends and implement innovative strategies using the latest tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
- Generate regular performance reports, presenting data and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and dynamic content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Comfortable managing corporate social media accounts with hands-on experience.
- Strong command of both written and verbal communication, with a talent for creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and metrics measurement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Location & Compensation
- Positioning: Based in the UK
- Salary range: £35,000 – £50,000 base/year (negotiable based on qualifications/experience).
