With over 50 years of experience on the Lincolnshire coast, Blue Anchor Leisure is a family-run business operating 18 holiday parks, five entertainment venues and a range of leisure and hospitality facilities. We are now looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. Working across holiday parks, live entertainment venues, events and attractions, you'll play a key role in creating engaging content for some of the East Coast's most recognised brands.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating engaging content across our portfolio of businesses, showcasing everything from live entertainment and special events to holiday home ownership, touring and camping, food and beverage offerings, and guest experiences.
The role combines creativity with organisation and will include both content creation and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and film events, live shows, venues and attractions.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple brands.
- Assist with advertising campaigns across both digital and printed media.
- Write engaging copy and develop creative storytelling campaigns.
- Capture and edit photo and video content for websites, social media and promotional materials.
- Assist with the promotion of seasonal events, entertainment programmes and special offers.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple businesses and locations.
- Support the marketing manager with content planning, scheduling and general administrative duties.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and reach.

About You
The ideal candidate will be creative, organised and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day operation, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required.
- Confidence in photographing and filming events, venues and people.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience using Canva.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic photography, videography and editing skills.
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Marketing, social media or content creation experience.
