Company Description

Pivital is a gut health brand focused on making it easier for people to get more fibre into their daily routine. Our mission is to help close the UK's fibre gap, where an estimated 96% of adults do not consume enough fibre. Through science-backed, highly tolerable products and educational content, we're working towards becoming the UK's leading gut health brand.

As an early-stage startup, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a growing brand and help shape how thousands of people learn about gut health.

Role Description

This is an unpaid collaborative opportunity designed for individuals who want to gain experience, build a portfolio and contribute to an early-stage startup. This is a voluntary collaborative opportunity and is not an employment position. There are no minimum hours, fixed schedule or deadlines, and there is no obligation for either party to provide or complete work. You are free to contribute whenever and wherever suits you, and you're welcome to stop collaborating at any time. Naturally, the more you choose to contribute, the more experience, portfolio work and opportunities to develop your skills you'll gain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
  • Developing creative hooks and video concepts that capture attention.
  • Producing content that either educates people about fibre and gut health or demonstrates Pivital's products.
  • Researching successful content within the industry to inspire new ideas and improve performance.
  • Editing videos ready for publication.

You'll have plenty of creative freedom to experiment with your own ideas and approaches rather than simply following scripts.

Content is submitted to the founder for review before publication to ensure it aligns with Pivital's brand and messaging. Not every piece of content will be published.

Future Opportunities

As Pivital grows, collaborators who consistently make valuable contributions may be considered first for future paid opportunities where available. Where applicable, eligible collaborators may receive discretionary revenue-sharing payments from creator programme earnings generated by qualifying content.
