Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Social Media Content Creator. This role will plan, film, edit, create, and publish content across key social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. The role involves developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with business objectives, optimizing profiles and posts for reach and performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to showcase properties, market insights, and company news. This person will analyze metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data and industry trends.

- Candidates should possess strong videoing, editing, Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and improve platform performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and organize social content that supports marketing and business goals.
- Familiarity with real estate or property marketing, including visual storytelling of listings, is beneficial.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and reporting on key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and coordinate with global teams is essential.
- Knowledge of major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), scheduling tools, and basic graphic or video tools is an advantage.
