ELLIKER
Who We Are
Taking its namesake from a local woodland in East Keswick, Leeds, ELLIKER encourages people to get into nature through a mindful, slow, and accessible approach to the outdoors.
We create versatile outdoor lifestyle products built with functionality at their core, using environmentally conscious materials including organic cotton, 100% recycled synthetics, and PFC/PFAS-free water-resistant coatings.
Rooted in nature, with a strong and growing community, and thoughtful design, we’re a fast-growing outdoor lifestyle brand focused on helping people experience the outdoors in a simpler, more meaningful way.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging brand and play a key role in shaping how ELLIKER is seen across digital, community, and retail spaces.
Role Overview
We are looking for someone full of creative ideas with the ability to execute on them. You should be outgoing, confident, and enjoy building genuine relationships with others. If you would describe yourself as a highly creative and social character with a love of storytelling and sensory content and all things outdoors, this would be the ideal role for you.
This is a hands-on creative role focused on content creation, social execution, and day-to-day platform management. You’ll work closely with the in-house team to produce engaging visual content across campaigns, product drops, email marketing, website assets, and community moments.
You should be confident working across photo, video, and design, with a strong understanding of outdoor fashion culture and visual standards, alongside experience running and managing social media across content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
