About Papamani
Papamani is a UK street food brand serving fire-seared ribeye steak and chicken sandos on shokupan milk bread, loaded fries, mac and cheese, and signature sauces.
Job Description
We are looking for a social media content creator to film engaging short-form videos at live trading events, including sear shots, sando pulls, cheese stretches, sauce drips, and behind-the-scenes content. The content should be edited and posted as Reels and TikToks with strong hooks, suitable pacing, and relevant trending audio.
Budget Range
Simple project (£30 – £250)
Examples
We love the visual hook style of brands like @bunsik_uk — a single striking visual moment (their cheese pull) built into a short, punchy reel format. For Papamani, that’s our sear, our sando pull, our sauce drip. Browse #ukstreetfood and #streetfoodwarriors on TikTok for a sense of current UK street food content trends.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who are you, and what do you do?
I’m Dilip, founder of Papamani — a UK street food brand I built independently with my business partner Sudha. We serve fire-seared ribeye steak and chicken sandos on shokupan milk bread, loaded fries trays, and mac and cheese, with our own signature Papa Truffle and Papa Hot sauces. Our tagline: “Steaks that slap, sandos that stack.”
I’m based in Derby and have spent the last year and a half hands-on in UK street food trading — travelling city to city, learning the circuit, and now building Papamani into its own brand. We’re at the stage where the food and concept are proven; what we need now is someone who can help us tell that story online and turn it into consistent footfall at our trading spots.
