About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist with 4–5 years of experience in social media management and content/course creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, strengthening our online presence, generating quality leads, and creating compelling learning and promotional materials for our professional certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, blogs, graphics, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop course content, presentations, learning materials, and promotional content for certification programs.
  • Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance to drive leads and enrollments.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and training teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content/course creation.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and social media analytics.
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Experience in the education, training, or professional certification industry is an advantage.
