Role Description

The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom.

This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across key social media platforms to reflect CLUB 1984’s brand identity and voice. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing photo and video content, writing captions, and preparing assets optimized for each channel.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who instinctively understands our world. Someone with exceptional taste who knows how to build a brand through content, not just create posts.

You’ll work closely with the Founder to shape how Club 1984 is seen across every touchpoint. From planning monthly content calendars to shooting campaigns, editing imagery and capturing the moments that bring the brand to life, you’ll be responsible for creating content that feels authentic, premium, and culturally relevant.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and own the monthly content calendar across all organic channels.
  • Capture and create premium photography and short-form video.
  • Edit imagery and video to a consistently high standard.
  • Work alongside the Founder on creative concepts, launches, and campaigns.
  • Create content around new collections, product drops, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Ensure every piece of content aligns with the Club 1984 aesthetic and brand identity.
  • Stay connected to fashion, football culture, and wider cultural moments that are relevant to the brand.
  • Help shape the visual direction of Club 1984 as we continue to grow.

Who You Are

  • You have exceptional taste and a strong understanding of premium branding.
  • You understand football culture and the nostalgia of the late 90s and early 2000s.
  • You know men’s fashion and the brands shaping the industry today.
  • You’re confident behind a camera and equally comfortable editing content afterwards.
  • You’re organized enough to manage content calendars and plan ahead.
  • You’re proactive, creative, and constantly spotting content opportunities.

This role is for someone who wants to build a brand, not simply manage a social media account.
