Role Description
Looking to recruit for two roles
Social media and workshop assistant
Social media
The Social Media Content Creator is a volunteer role supporting a pilot workshop in Nottingham this August. You'll be on-site for the two workshop days, capturing photo and short-form video content that reflects Imaaife's mission of improving body confidence through fashion and psychology-informed storytelling.
On the day, this includes shooting images, short-form video, and stories during the sessions (with full participant consent), and capturing behind-the-scenes moments of the setup and space. Following the two days, there'll be a short editing period to turn the raw content into polished pieces, captions, edited clips, and finished posts, working closely with me to keep everything aligned with brand guidelines and values.
This is unpaid, as it's an early-stage pilot, but it's a genuine portfolio opportunity: real event, real brand story, real people and you'll be credited for your work throughout.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
