This is an individual, in-house role for one person to join our team directly — not an agency, studio or outsourced marketing retainer. Please only apply if you are an individual looking for hands-on, in-house work.

About Us

Gripvan supplies specially designed vans and the latest technical equipment to photographers and filmmakers across London and beyond. We're a small, close-knit team that works with leading agencies and producers, supporting some of the biggest names in the industry on high-profile shoots. We're still young, growing fast, and looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

The Role

We're looking for someone to embed with us one day a week and own our social media and content from the inside. You'll spend time with the team, on set and in the warehouse, so everything you post comes from real knowledge of how Gripvan works — not a generic content calendar. This is a hands-on role: you'll shoot, write, edit, post and reply yourself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
