About the Role

An Entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and investor is looking for a talented content creator to help produce thoughtful, high-quality video-first social media content.

You’ll work directly with me to capture and edit short-form video, develop content ideas, and help turn conversations, meetings, and day-to-day work into engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.

This is an in-person, part-time contract role based in North London, starting immediately. It’s ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands internet culture, and is excited by startups, technology, AI, and entrepreneurship.

What You’ll Do

  • Film and edit short-form video for social platforms.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, events, podcasts, and daily work.
  • Develop creative content ideas and help turn long-form conversations into short-form clips.
  • Edit videos with strong pacing, captions, graphics, and native platform formatting.
  • Publish and schedule content across multiple social platforms.
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
  • Stay on top of platform trends while maintaining a polished, thoughtful brand.
  • Help maintain a consistent publishing cadence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
