Content Creator & Video Producer

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Role Overview

You will be the self-motivated driving force behind the social media presence of our diverse client accounts, covering manufacturers, service providers, our own agency channels and more.

This isn't just a "scheduling" role. We need a proactive creator who can take a high-level marketing strategy, grasp a client's daily business happenings and turn them into highly engaging, trend-forward video and digital content. You are just as comfortable behind the camera and editing suite as you are analysing performance data and pitching new ideas.

While this role requires a massive amount of autonomy and self-drive, you won't be working in a silo. You will be a vital part of our energetic, in-office agency team. Brainstorming, collaborating and bouncing ideas off other creatives daily.

While your core focus will be asset creation, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to expand your skill set, should you wish too. If you are eager to learn, you will have the chance to get your hands dirty in broader marketing disciplines, including high-level strategy development, advanced graphic design, SEO, PPC, email marketing and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Video Production: Capture, script and edit high-quality short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn video) using a smartphone or camera equipment.
  • Graphic Automation: Turn static assets, graphics and B2B data into dynamic, engaging social formats.
  • On-Site Content Capturing: Travel to client sites confidently to interview teams, capture behind-the-scenes footage and gather raw assets.
  • Remote Direction: Create clear, easy-to-follow capture briefs and templates for clients to shoot their own footage when you aren't on-site.
  • Trend & Strategy Leadership: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm shifts and audio trends. Educate both our internal agency team and our clients on what we should and shouldn't be doing.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Track the performance of your content, compile reports and actively apply data learnings to pivot future content strategies.
  • Total Asset Ownership: You are the primary creator of our visual output. While you will support and collaborate on writing social captions, the end-to-end creation of the visual assets (video, graphics, motion) sits entirely with you.
  • In-Office Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our in-house specialists in a fast-paced office environment, contributing to team brainstorms and agency culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
