Role Description
The Social Media Content Creator role is a part-time, on-site position based in Luton. The person in this role will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Welfare HS Solutions’ services, training programs, and career opportunities in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

- Drafting copy and visual concepts for posts, stories, and campaigns
- Scheduling content
- Monitoring performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement
- Collaborating with recruitment and training teams to feature success stories, highlight events and initiatives, and maintain a consistent, inclusive brand voice
- Day-to-day tasks also include community management, responding to comments and messages, and staying current with social media trends relevant to the healthcare and recruitment sectors.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in social media content creation and copywriting, with the ability to tailor messaging for different platforms and audiences.
- Experience in social media management and basic analytics, including planning content calendars and tracking engagement and reach.
- Proficiency with visual content tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing software) to create clear, professional posts and stories.
- Solid research and communication skills to accurately represent Health and Social Care topics and Welfare HS Solutions’ services.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and brand awareness strategies, ideally within recruitment or healthcare-related fields.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently on-site in Greater London.
- Prior experience in content creation, marketing, or communications; familiarity with the Health and Social Care sector is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
