Future Minds Academy is a tuition provider offering expert teaching in Maths, English, Science, and Arabic for KS2, SATs, GCSE, and A-Level learners.
Specialist educators deliver tailored lessons designed to meet each student’s individual needs and goals. The academy is dedicated to unlocking every learner’s potential through targeted support and structured guidance.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Luton, with the flexibility to work from home (temporarily or fully remote). The Social Media Content Creator will:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Develop and maintain content calendars.
- Produce short-form videos, graphics, and written posts that align with the academy’s brand and educational mission.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and collaborate with teaching and admin teams to promote:
- Student achievements
- Upcoming classes
- Key initiatives
- Review insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve reach and impact.

Requirements
- Strong content creation skills, including:
- Video production (short-form)
- Graphic design
- Copywriting for digital platforms
- Ability to:
- Manage content calendars
- Coordinate campaigns
- Maintain consistent branding and tone across channels
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, scheduling tools) and analytics for performance tracking.
- Comfortable working with educational or youth-focused content, using inclusive and age-appropriate communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
- Ability to:
- Work independently
- Manage time effectively
- Collaborate in a hybrid team environment
- Familiarity with the UK education system (KS2, SATs, GCSE, A-Level) is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, or content creation is required.
- Relevant qualifications or training in media, communications, or education would be beneficial.
