THE ROLE
Our Social Media Content Executive plays a key role in how PrettyGreen shows up across our social and digital channels, helping to tell our story, share our work, and attract new clients and employees. As part of PrettyGreen’s Growth Team, you’ll create and manage content that brings the agency’s brand to life from concept ideation, storyboarding and concept creation. This role is perfect if you love designing content for social media. You’ll combine strong design skills with copywriting to create scroll-stopping, engaging content which helps to showcase PrettyGreen’s services. This role is due to start anytime from September 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Create original and engaging content for PrettyGreen’s social and digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, PrettyGreen website, The Drum, LBB and other marketing trade titles) tailored to a B2B marketing audience including copywriting.
- Turn agency work, client campaigns, and behind-the-scenes moments into platform-ready posts that highlight our expertise in PR, Influencer, Social, and Experiential.
- Bring ideas to life visually, using Canva, CapCut or Adobe to design posts, videos, and short-form motion content.

Social Media & Community Management
- Plan and schedule PrettyGreen’s organic social calendar, ensuring a consistent and creative mix of content across platforms.
- Manage community engagement, monitoring comments, responding to interactions, and staying active in relevant industry conversations.
- Stay across emerging social trends and features to evolve our content approach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse content performance across social and digital platforms to identify insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with PrettyGreen’s paid media specialists when amplification is required.
- Create monthly performance reports.
Please note that experience in designing and creating engaging assets for social media platforms is essential for this role.
