Reports to: Marketing & Communications Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and creative Social Media & Content Lead to manage ERDEM’s social media channels and help shape the brand’s content strategy. The role involves:
- Developing engaging content across platforms
- Driving audience growth and engagement
- Coordinating content production and campaign execution
- Overseeing fashion shows and brand events
Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligning with ERDEM’s brand identity and business goals.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and test new content approaches.
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging visual and written content (videos, stories, reels, posts) across social platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual excellence standards.
- Curate user-generated content and community-led initiatives.
- Plan and execute social media calendars in alignment with broader marketing objectives.

Community Management
- Actively engage with ERDEM’s audience across all platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions with timeliness and brand appropriateness.
- Foster a strong brand community and nurture relationships with advocates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Produce regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement levels.
Campaign & Production Support
- Support global campaign production, including shoot logistics, scheduling, and coordination with internal/external teams.
- Assist with asset tracking, delivery timelines, and workflows for campaigns, eCommerce, and social content.
- Coordinate production requirements for campaigns, shoots, lookbooks, and seasonal content.
- Organise shoot and live production logistics, including briefing creatives and managing creative assets.
Social Content Production Leadership
- Lead content capture from fashion shows, campaigns, lookbooks, behind-the-scenes moments, and events.
- Streamline asset workflows and timelines for platforms and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to maximise content output.
Fashion Show & Event Support
- Assist in planning and executing bi-annual fashion shows, presentations, retail activations, and brand events.
- Develop focused social content strategies for key moments to maximise reach and engagement.
- Manage real-time content opportunities during live events.

Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Press, Marketing, Retail, and E-Commerce teams.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with marketing and business objectives.
- Support cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a social media role within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or a related industry.

Proven expertise as a Social Media & Content Lead or equivalent experience in fashion/luxury.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and features.

Storytelling and content creation proficiency; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.

Experience managing content production, asset workflows, and shoot coordination.

Data-driven approach with hands-on experience in analytics tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for experimentation.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal acumen.

High attention to detail, organisation, and accuracy in deadlines.

Comfortable collaborating across all company levels, including Creative Director & Founder.

Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Bonus: Hands-on experience with fashion shows, campaigns, events, and content production.
