Cosmetic Consult operates at the intersection of product and education, providing both advanced skincare solutions and practical knowledge to empower a growing community of skincare-conscious consumers. Founded by skincare expert Ashley Stobart, with over 17 years of industry experience, the brand is built on deep product knowledge, hands-on testing, and a clear mission to simplify skincare without sacrificing performance.
Location: Cheshire (Hybrid)
Experience: Minimum 2 years

About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative, proactive and commercially minded Social & Content Manager to take ownership of Cosmetic Consult's organic social presence. You'll shape our content strategy, create exceptional content, maintain our premium brand aesthetic and work closely with our founder and wider marketing team to help grow one of the UK's fastest-growing skincare brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging organic content.
- Film, edit and publish short-form video content.
- Create graphics, carousels and Stories using Canva.
- Curate and maintain a premium, cohesive social feed.
- Stay ahead of trends and proactively identify content opportunities.
- Manage UGC creators and creator collaborations from briefing through to content delivery.
- Support influencer gifting and campaign execution where required.
- Manage community engagement across social platforms.
- Produce weekly and monthly social media reporting, analysing performance, key insights and recommendations.
- Support the planning and execution of content shoots, events and brand activations.
- Support Ashley's founder content where required.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver creative campaigns.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Has experience within the beauty, skincare or lifestyle industry (preferred).
- Has excellent Canva skills and a strong eye for design.
- Is confident filming and editing content using CapCut or similar tools.
- Has experience managing UGC creators and creator content.
- Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
- Is confident using AI tools to enhance content creation and creative workflows (advantageous).
- Has exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of branding, aesthetics and social trends.
- Is proactive, organised and full of creative ideas.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
SaLARY - £28,000-£33,000 DOE
